A brand new The Fair (Fall Fair) pin has been hidden and Club Penguin Watch Dog has found it and ready to post about it! This pin is called the, "Balloon Bunch". It's located at the Forest near the trees. Waddle over it and click, "Yes". Once you did that, you now have the Balloon Bunch pin added to your stampbook and your inventory.
The pin is very well thought and very creative.
