Just looking at Club Penguin SWF Files, I found a site that Club Penguin owns which is a German Club Penguin Language blog! You can access the website by clicking here
I think that is great the Club Penguin is making blogs in other languages. It teaches more of the players who speak that language and attracts players who lives their! Hopefully, Club Penguin just makes more blogs like these. But, they actually have the right template with them.
